Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was clean, receptionist were welcoming and maintenance were on time and helpful. The restaurant had good food for good price and we enjoyed all the meals we ordered so far. Special thanks to Kamal for being so hospitable and helpful.

Brilliant experience. Very friendly staff, perfect location, clean room, nice interior.
p.s. unfortunately, I cannot write 2 reviews, so I'm editing the existing one after 7 month.
So, we stayed in this hotel for 7 month and I want to say many thanks to the hotel staff. The experience was very pleasant. Rooms are clean and have nice interior (for this price I would call it outstanding).
If you plan to stay in this hotel for a long period, please note, they have multiple rooms layout: one is with a huge bath room and small living room and another is vice versa, so take into account.
After all. 10 of 5 to this place!

Overall stay was pathetic. Few points to ponder on for people who plan to book a night of peace there.
1. Staff in the reception were not at all friendly. Most of them had a very direct and not so hospitable approach.
2. The room was too small as well the washroom.
3. Their room access card had a major issue. Had to call maintenance twice to solve the problem. But still they were unable. They did not even change our room. Which made it a really uncomfortable stay.
4. There were 4 fire alarm activations in one night. Of course that completely ruined our sleep.

Hi, this for new customers
This hotel is very bad
Customers service is super nad, room smell very bad, metress not comfortable. Room to small, take 20 minutes to make hot water. If u want to shower and u need hot water make sure u leave tap open for while. Best thing is reception lady when i went to this hotel 17/ 06/2023 saturday . Reception lady was super bad not smile shout people. No kind. I paid for this hotel from agoda app. And i aak hotel i email them already i need early check in . They accept it. And when i visited hotel, reception lady told me i have to paid more money for early check in . Any way i was very kind did'nt make any trouble i said okay if i have to paid i wil paid. But i'm not worried about money, i'm worried about reception lady spoil my day, she talk to me so bad. Her face like a monster . She said if i u need paid this if not leave as your choice. Okay why u can not make your face smile and said it kindly hi, madam sorry because of your early check in u need to pay extra money . And smile to me. But she's not. She is very bad, i'm sure hotel will lose 10000 of customers because of her. I will never go to this hotel anymore . And i make sure my friends or family mmembers not go to this hotel. I'm done. I think we paid money for this hotel but i'm srilankan ???????? my face is not white i'm not rich lady. That's why they do this to me. I feel so sad about choosing this hotel

Nice hotel near Mall of Emirates. Facilities and staff are great- nice in-house restaurant “The Grab” provides good food options. Breakfast is nice. Staff very courteous. Wi-Fi speed was good.

The hospitality of the hotel is very bad, I asked to change the room to higher floor and he said we are fully occupied, meanwhile I checked in booking and I found many rooms can be booked.
I suggest to give them a lesson how to treat a customer.

I stayed for 5 nights and my stay was great. Rooms were clean, with hot water available as well. Spacious wash rooms, near to metro station with a walk of 5 to 10 mins. Nearby grocery and medical stores, hair saloon, spa, bus stops and restaurants.
I really loved my stay. No complaints.

Zero compassion when I had to move out at an earlier date due to emergency reasons! Didn’t want to refund me. I had to cry my eyes out and explain situation, booking . Com was more understanding! Calling me early in the morning on the room phone!!! every day on my only day off! Coming knocking on my door waking me up !!!! So frustrating and annoying!!!
