Oli - He is best. He is very friendly. Cleans the room so nicely that you don’t even have to do anything. Makes sure you are comfortable and happy with the service every single time. He is very helpful and kind. The moment i request for something he gets that thing done in minutes. He is very trustworthy. Great work.

A fantastic place to stay! The rooms are great, offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the receptionist, Li, standing out for her excellent job. She is friendly and efficient and excellent at her job.Truly appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend Citymax Hotel for a memorable experience.

It’s cheap. It’s busy. If you don’t care about anything and want to just sleep, this is good enough for solo. The rooms are old. The hotel is old, grimy and dirty. Not filthy. But things are falling apart from how old the place is. The whole place has a strange dank stink to it. Pillows/bedding smelled of hair oil to me. I wouldn’t bring my family here for a vacation.

The staff at the front is helpful and accommodated to my needs. The bar is nice enough. The live music was interesting.

(As soon as I reply, I’m expecting a normal boiler plate reply. I don’t think anyone from the hotel actually reads the review)

Loved the stay here. Wish to stay for more days too. Had a great stay. Shopping areas are nearby too. Food quality is superb. Outside view from my room was the best. Excellent service and behavior. Full on safety no need to worry about anything,highly secured room. One impressing thing was the locker box and the mini refrigerator. Loved the way the rooms were designed. Lounge area was good too. Very neat and clean place. Free Wifi, speed is awesome.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. Staff was way too rude for everything. They refuse to clean the room for days. When I took this complaint to the receptionist, she was the master, started yelling even more. Worst staff, worst ambience, worst hygiene. Only the location it is situated in is good. Everything is nearby. But I would never recommend anyone for this hotel. They provided absolutely no services. On the last day, we had to bring our luggage on our own from 6th floor to the reception. Totally disappointed.

Rooms were a bit small but clean nonetheless. You'll get 500ml water bottle complimentary for each person every day. Since you spend much of the time outside only for tours, it wasn't an issue. Breakfast buffet spread had items from different cuisines and service was super prompt and efficient.

Let me mention this separately since many of the guests had experience otherwise and their review made me a bit anxious- we got early check-in (special thanks to Sairili for that). So if room is available, they do try and provide early check-in as well.

Had been staying in the hotel for more than a week now. The location is accessible to 2 metro stations.ADCB and Sharaf DG. Both of them require you to walk though for 15 odd minutes. Rooms are good and cozy. Service wise my room was taken care everyday by Oli and he was very dedicated to his work and polite. Never said a no to any of my requests. Has a smiling face always and ready to help. Other services by the hotels are 2-3 lounges which I did visit only once as I did not have much interest in them. Overall nice experience during my stay. Will recommend for a budget stay in Bur Dubai-Mankhool.

The room service is excellent, and I had a positive experience with both Supervisor Ashwani and Javed. They were both incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service and support throughout my stay. I was truly satisfied with the level of professionalism and assistance they offered. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this establishment based on their outstanding service.
