Legendary by look but shady place...

The only good thing of the place is the receptionist welcoming you with a beautiful smile.

Opted for a 1hr oil massage session and the lady (claimed to be Egyptian) almost scratched my skin with her nails. Don't know why 10 to 12 mm nails needed for massagerz. She was so rough and in a hurry with what she was doing...

and in 35th min, there comes a question?

Do u need extra services.? And unrealistic price negotiations.

The massage factor vanishes once you deny for any extra service..

Hardly 1 star that too for the receptionist (Sana)...

Name sake Luxury Spa... Never ever go for this place again...????????

Called up the garage today and had a pleasant phonecall with Natalie. She was very helpful and noted everything I mentioned to her regarding my booking (warranty claim on my car). Clearly knew what she's talking about. Would highly recommend.

Car went in for an MOT. Was done when they said. They called me to say it was done. Good communication. Car returned without dirty hand or finger marks inside. Will be going back.

Absolutely fantastic service. We were able to book our car in extra quick time after the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. We were quoted a very good price for the required repairs. The staff were excellent and the service was excellent. I cannot recommend this garage enough, thank you.

There seem to be a lot of glowing reviews for this garage and so I thought I had better leave one myself. I recently bought a second hand van which had a full service two weeks before at this garage. Literally on the way home from picking it up there were slight power problems at speed and so I thought I would investigate the fuel filter. The filter turned out to be far from new, as did the air filter. The oil had been changed but hard to tell if the oil filter was new or not. In my book, a full service includes changing all the filters and now I'm left wondering just what was done.

Thanks for your reply but firstly it was less than four years ago and secondly you are responsible for your employees actions past and present.

Do not recommend. Cross threaded the sump plug during a service, noticed their mistake but rather than be honest and tell us they just unscrewed it added an additional washer and forced it in. Obviously realising this was not the best solution to the problem they didn't tell us a thing about it, a little while later we have an oil leak and need a new sump on the bottom of the engine.

Worth paying a little extra for your MOT and I truly believe that they will do everything to try and help. My car failed its MOT with Kwik Fit yet Postmill were able to resolve the issue and get the car to pass. Service and efficiency at it's best. Thanks to all involved

Took my car in to have a headlight bulb changed only to find out it was just a loose wire and there was no charge for the mechanics time. Amazing, thank you
