Very worst service I purchased formal shoes I hardly wear 2 times again I visited showroom in fahidi I explained them but they are very rude and they are started explaining policy which they never explained time of buying I literally requested them to make it repair but one guy ( in charge) took it after he kept one day next day I visited he said it’s not ready simply he return he didn’t inform at all
I told him I need it but he kept as I given
Don’t visit or buy anything from here ⛔️ ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

Very worst service.... we bought shoes from here... as its not according to require size.. we asked them to enquire the same in other branch... they are not bothered to do so... and when I request for refund they are Denying... as they are saying its not in their policy... very bad customer service.. our money is stuck.. dint even wore the shoes single time...never ever go and buy from their... your money will be waste

Hi All, I have had extremely bad experience at this shop ~ City Shoes (owned by Shoe Land Trading LLC). I had bought pair of shoes, which were under offer on last Wednesday 22 December 2021. As per shop policy they will not refund the amount if purchased under the offer and will not replace if returned after 7 days. On Saturday 25 December 2021, I used these shoes for the first time for an event held in hotel in Dubai, therefore there was no question of harsh environment. The entire sole of the shoes got destroyed, I am attaching the pictures below for reference. When I went to replace the shoes, as fortunately I had experienced the quality of their material within 7 days, I requested for warranty, which was denied and no refund was made. I would express caution to anyone who plans on buying any product from this store. Their products are of questionable quality and their management (not the shop attendants) who I had to contact to raise this issue are very rude. So would not recommend this shop to anyone.

today evening 4.30pm,I brought a ladies shoes Brand skechers to my wife,Assured salesman for exchange policy also,Then i checked the size at home, it was too big, she can't use at all.
At 9.45PM (same day ) we went to the shop, they are saying you used this shoe for long time ,we are not suppose to exchange the size.
i explained so many times, they are not understanding.
Cashier and store manager were not customer orient.
No manners at all including some of the sales person.

I had a very bad experience from the shop.

If there is option of negative rating, Definitely this shop deserves it!!! Very bad experience overall products are not genuine.

They assured us warranty, In few months shoe got damaged and they refused to fix or replace.

Staff is so rude, Don’t believe there words and product, all are duplicate.

They should change name as “cheater shoes”

Bought skechers. Next day came for exchange as size was bit small, they simply refused to exchange. The shoes were in neat and clean condition but they did not want to listen. Close down your shop.

City shoes has been shifted to the shop next to it. And is not there anymore. Services are good and prices are affordable

New addition to Hastings seafront. The price is £4 per person. Good views as you go around (think it was 5 rotations in total).
