Top choice for locals - great to have a pub like this so close. The pub pits an emphasis on good food cooked by the chef. The steak is from the best butcher in Town and the fish I ate was caught by fishermen less than 10 miles away. Staff are really chatty, helpful and efficient. If you have any doubt, try it out! It’s as good as any in the County.

Had a fabulous Sunday lunch with all the trimmings. Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent too. Good selection of beers, wines and spirits also. Dinner with drinks cost under £40 so good value. Will definitely go back.

Yet again, another fantastic dining experience at this Inn. The manageress is an absolute gem with full knowledge of the menu and a beautiful personality. The service from all the staff tops off the stunning food which is freshly cooked and so well presented.

We're just so happy to have this establishment on our doorstep, this is now our favorite in the whole area.

Well done to you all from supply to service for creating such an amazing restaurant. We look forward to seeing you again very soon,

Lovely restaurant en route to Fishguard ferry port. Around ten minutes from the harbour. Food top quality, meticulously prepared and presented. Friendly staff, country inn ambience. I visited as a pit stop as I was too early for the ferry crossing. It isn't standard pub grub here, more a fine dining experience. Highly recommended.

We ate at the restaurant (not guests). Amazing food, best of our entire week on holiday. Very highly recommend.

We booked this venue for a private function. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, the food was lovely (fresh & local) and the chef even came out to say hello. We tried to book a Sunday lunch there a few days later and it’s so popular it was fully booked. This place is highly recommended especially if you like lasagne (my sisters still talking about it days later). Lovely location, sweet pub/restaurant with a cute fireplace.

Wow!!! What in improvement!!
Last time we visited this place was over 10 years ago for impromptu Sunday lunch and got served overpriced boiled veg by some youth wearing a baseball cap!!
Sadly this place then became one of those establishments that seemed to go thru a lot of owners very quickly....a death knell for many businesses. (The Masons Arms in Dreenhill springs to mind).
However, the new owners have got things spot on!!
Firstly the whole place looks a lot better, even the toilets have had modern makeover.
Secondly the food is divine. Managed to squeeze us in for Sunday lunch.
Was sat in corner snug. Perfect for us with our pooch.
Both veggies, so had blue cheese/mushroom Wellington which was lovely. Loads of really nice veg in serving bowls. Too much if anything, but we finished it, because it was far too good to waste. No room for pud then!!????
Lovely staff as well. Cannot recommend highly enough. Keep up the good work!!

The staff are amazing! The spa was romantic and lovely. The fine dining was incredible and so delicious. Good rooms and lovely stay!
