Ordered Man City goalkeeper kit for grandsons birthday instore Norwich, absolutely diabolical from start to finish, instore staff seemed disinterested not paying attention to what you say and next day delivery not turned up and not likely too now 3rd day in, had to ask three times face to face with staff what I was after, after been shown a man united red top then a Man City outfield top third time of asking got the green goal keepers top and shorts, no socks in stock, paid for next day. Still not arrived after ringing customer services twice. Order set socks on Amazon told 3 days for delivery should be Saturday came today one day earlier in time for birthday, could and can still do of ordered top and shorts on Amazon to be here next day. Checked other reviews on JD lots with same problem on next day delivery. Give this company a miss go to the experts at Amazon and save a whole load of hassle. After trying to shop local and help high street trade these big companies are streets behind literally.

Really helpful staff. Looked for trainers for my youngest son. Luke Heels was great measuring his feet and helping him choose good value trainers.
Only gripe is cost, but prices are what they are.

Went in twice looking for trainers for the granddaughter, young man on the door was lovely, very pleasent, friendly and professional. Decided to bring the granddaughter in to pick and try on her own.
Would use JD regularly.

In store selection isn't great, more focused on shoes than clothes, and so many item sizes missing, which with a very limited selection, really reduces options, feel this needs to be looked, as well as the poor merchandising, having matching bottoms and tops not actually next to each other.

But if you want shoes, it's better, but not massively, a lot of wasted space and limited selection.

If possible, shop online, you won't regret it.

The staff try their hardest, but look to have limited training, or are new, so it isn't their fault they appear to struggle and be slow, bar one member who seemed really good, hopefully the rest of them eventually get training to standard.

This was my idea of shopping hell:
- noisy
- felt like a sardine in there: everything squashed in, a more spacious shop is needed. Not helped by a poor layout of the displays
- not much choice for women, it really is a man's world in there
- long queue to pay/return goods
- insufficient staff

Left as quickly as I could and went to Sports Direct opposite! Phew

Unhelpful staff. On the website you can nominate someone to collect an item but the staff there won't accept it, ridiculous. And wouldn't let me discuss with a manager either!

Decent store nice variation of stock and a good selection of stock sometimes even cheaper than the Nike store

I cant believe how expensive trainers are now a days just for kids let alone adult. I hope the factory workers had a increase in pay because in 4 years nike air max have gone up about £50. That was how much I was paying for nike air max in 2016!
