Horrible horrible experience, Nour did the reservation for us saying they will be a little bit of construction , we spent our Honey moon here and the construction was soooooo bad to the point we had to leave the apartment every day from 8 am to 5 pm and when we called her she said oh I told you that will be a little bit if noise and when we tried to ask her to move us she wanted to make us pay extra money to move ! Horrible experience I will make sure to make an official complaint to the authorities

With music/Karaoke/DJ Disco's etc going on in here attracting the attention is what this pub needs again.
Last weekend the music was pumping out thanks to the new landlord for allowing this which, showed what a really good night you can have in here...
Good decent mixes of music
Good atmosphere
Good bar staff
Good people
Good drinks
Top class landlord!

Visited the Otter and took advantage of their very attractively priced 2 meal deal. Upbeat and tidy spacious pub with friendly bar staff. Food was excellent even more so for the money !

Clean seats, tables and cutlery. Plenty of choice on the menu.

This one is an easy one to recommend!

Food was excellent value for money. Nice, typical pub menu with something for almost everyone. Service was good with staff addressing an issue we had qickly & without fuss.

It was our first time in The Otter yesterday where we had a lovely 3 course lunch!
It's a nice pub with really delicious hot food, good prices and exceptional service from Jeremy.

We lunched here at The Otter again today and really enjoyed it!
The food was perfect. Plentiful, hot and delicious! ????
Served by Jeremy again who has the biggest smile and very attentive!
Will be back again the last Thursday in each month.

New management team have really turned this place around. Food is lovely. Beer well kept. Atmosphere superb.

Hopefully a one off but an unpleasant experience. Stopped off at what I thought was a family pub and was with all the local drunks. This was at about 5.00 pm. Would have liked to stay for food but the atmosphere was threatening.

Great food, fantastic service and family friendly. Have been many time and when I had an issue recently with a greenking promo, even though it wasn’t The Otter’s fault direct the manager couldn’t have been better at sorting the issue. Replied within a few hours to my email and welcomed us back for a further meal and drinks. Could not rate this place enough

Excellent food, really really good, freshly cooked and tasty, and bigger than expected. Friendly staff, fast service, nothing too much trouble, he checked in on us and made sure it was all ok. Good atmosphere, comfy seats, clean toilets, it was just a pleasure to go there and we definitely will again.
