I was looking for face cream, Clarins one of my favorite brands for skin care, so I went there. They have all kind of products, a lot of new positions. The consultant is very professional and passionate. I will definitely recommend this brand and especially this store.

Very good brand for cosmetics products, they have abig product line for skin care, hair care, body care, massage, bathes, whitening, anti-aging, anti wrinkles, blankness under eyes,... etc.

And the workers in here are cooperative with the costumers.

They have very nice products with reasonable price.

I have been frequenting this particular branch since 2015 on my every single visit to Dubai and I can definitely observe that the standard has gone downhill, to the point that my most recent visit which was yesterday for a facial could easily have looked like being done by a novice. The therapist had no idea about a facial message, I would very much doubt she was even a graduate esthetician, and pressured me to buy a whitening lotion at the end when I clearly didn’t need one. The facial was nothing to write home about, and I felt sad at having wasted 500 Dirhams for nothing. Save your time and money, there are more professional places out there in Dubai that actually deliver.

Had a very good experience with Awon as usual. She is always very professional and gives an expert advice on required treatment for my skin and products to use at home.

I’m deducting two stars as the management is extremely poor and unprofessional. Their rules for the use of entertainer keep changing and they don’t bother notifying the clients. For example, I was not allowed to use my husbands entertainer (surely most families share the same entertainer), the validity of the coupon is only 3 months opposed to 12 months like other salons and also if you happen to lose the entertainer slip they will not honor your free treatment. Surely a brand like Clarins could have a system in place to record their client details and bookings….

thieves. I took care of the entertainer. 2 treatments for 540 AED. the first treatment was paid for on the first day and during the second treatment, by magic no trace of my first treatment and therefore 40 min to look for papers and people of bad faith with supporting evidence. in short to FIRE - flee from clarins dubai mall - flee from the clarins team! no respect. came to relax to end up very nervous and without treatment yet paid!

The best facial I had in a long time. Yen was not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back!
