i bought two rings last week. i found out that they give me wrong sizes when i left the country. But i dont live in dubai so i am left with two rings that i can’t use!!!! THANK YOU FOR THAT DISGRACE

Not a very good experience in this store for me. Staff were not friendly and accommodating. I mean, come on, it's not Birkins you are selling.

never expected to have my ring got separated when I'm wearing it, and told by the salez that I have to remove it whenever I touch the water or put lotion, OMG this is a difficult task to wear a PANDORA ring.

If half a star is possible they would have got that. The store was not willing to go get change and was insistent on us using a card which we didn’t have. Staff was extremely rude and were more than happy to lose the sale than try to get change. Worst experience in all the Pandora stores I’ve visited world wide.
