Found this shop when I was looking for a cheap seller of Acai puree. Staff are so friendly and helpful. This is now the 2nd time I'm ordering as I have finished my 2 tubs of 3kg Acai. :) I have recommended Classic Deli to my friends as well. LOVE IT! Keep up the good work!

Reviewed: 7:00 am on Friday morning I got a call from the concerned person that an immediate action has been taken by the high-ups of the company and that our delivery will be done before 12 noon the same day. The quick follow-up is highly appreciated, team well done!

Previous Post: Extremely non-professional and irresponsible behavior from the sales and delivery team of Classic Fine Foods. I placed an order that was required for the opening of our new eatery three days prior to the opening date and despite assuring us that the delivery is already scheduled, nobody showed up and they didn't have the courtesy to inform us that they won't be delivering us the products. I have no idea where am I going to source the required items from on a Friday!

if i have option to give less than 1 star i wanted to give , worst service
by driver they are not train , i make an order for some product, once he arrive he is saying come to loading bay or else i m going , brother my restaurant are not located at loading bay , attitude of sales lady omg she is stupid , i m sorry julli but yes u r , once i call her after this all , she is replying i will deliver by tomorrow, i need today thats why i make order , this is last but no more contract with you guys, i will request to higher management please plz train your staff or hire someone professional

We order all our fruits and vegetables from Classic Deli for 6 months now! It is really great. We highly recommend.

Very unprofessional service, lot of mistakes in delivery and most of the products bought had 2 weeks before expiring. They never mentioned anything on the website and the products displayed do not match the products delivered

Worst service ever, order an article and try to charge 10 times order price for one item. Send back everything, order not accepted. Very poor customer service
