The WORST company I have ever dealt with - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! Literally the worst worst worst!!

Paid in advance for the door - they ignored all messages, didn’t give me a sample of the wood until after they had made the door (at which point they told they couldn’t do that colour), I told them repeatedly I needed it to fit a specific lock - sent them details of the lock, photos and measurements of the lock and offered twice to give them the lock and they made the door in a way that it is impossible to fit the lock! I also asked for 5-10cm at the top of the door to fit a camera. They built the door to the ceiling. Honestly, the only 3 things I wanted them to do in the door they didn’t do.

Complete unresponsive throughout the whole process which has lead to these problems. Absolutely scam artists. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Plus it has only been a week and the handle is already falling off!!

If I could give them minus stars I would - the whole villa renovation went well except for the sort when I dealt with these guys - honestly avoid the problem and go with someone else - anyone else!!

Having seen what my husband has gone through with dealing with some rest joinery - and also the door coming apart in less than a week, thought I should also leave a review
- in the hope that other people see it and avoid making the same mistake we did and going with Somerset Joinery.
