When I found myself at a low point, I booked Debs at Cheshire Holisitc Therapies for some reiki which activates natural healing processes. I found the experience very uplifting, with an awareness of something touching me deeply within, even though the procedure involves no touch.
I can recommend this treatment for anyone seeking to increase their general energy levels &/or improve their mental well-being, so important to us at this time. And Debs provides a very professional and effective service, taking great care and time with her clients.

Until I began seeing Deborah I hadn't appreciated the benefits of holistic treatments. Initially reflexology was my introduction and it has aided my recuperation after medical ops. Now with Deborah's skill set I enjoy Indian Head massage too. Reflexology helps my lymphatic system and the Indian Head massage destresses and relaxes me. In my opinion it's a win win. I highly recommend Deborah she's professional, reliable, has tonnes of experience and for me is an absolute find.
