This was not our first and definitely won’t be our last time ordering from Pastel Cakes. The team is beyond amazing and super helpful and accommodating. As for the cake, oh my Godddd it is the best thing you’ll ever eat EVERRR!!!! The cake pops, cookies and cupcakes definitely matched the amazing cake. The design was exactly what we asked for! Thank you so much and Pastel will always always be a major part of all our celebrations!

Pastel cakes did an absolutely amazing job with my 7 year old’s birthday cakes. The designs were even better than the pictures I had shared with them. I was completely blown away by the details on the cakes. And the flavours were delicious!! Great customer service as well. Especially since I ordered a second cake a day before the birthday and they were kind enough to take my order and made it perfect!! Thank you Pastel

Amazing communication
with the team for ordering customized cake, delivery on time and in perfect condition. And the cake customization is exaclty as I wanted and the taste is beyond amazing. It was chocolate cake. Thank you so much. You made our day. Definitely not the last time to order from you.

Perfect cakes! Design and Taste were great! And the customer service is absolutely the best !! Anytime you contact them, they are right there and they would give immediate answers/feedback. Recommended

Pastel Cakes have definitely gained a new customer. Eliza was so nice, friendly and SO helpful :). The chef & his team were also very helpful, making last minute changes. My husband LOVED his cake, he was very impressed.

Hands down best cake in Dubai! I personalized a cake for my sons birthday and the team nailed the design and was very prompt with delivery. Taste was excellent as well! Highly recommend
