I was there today to buy my bag and I absolutely amazed with the staff and with the service. Kudos to HANNA and CRISTINE they assist me very well and Cris offer me a free cleaning/polish service for the other bag I had purchased previously and Hanna monogrammed my bag for free. They even gave a POPCORN for free bec. Its VALENTINE’S DAY????????

We were served by an African young lady who was very polite, professional, and helpful. She showed us a number of different bags and informed us what they made off. She helped us to make an informed decision.

I was really impressed by service. We would definitely go back to Coach in Dubai Mall. This is only because of the service we received from this young lady.

It seems they keep the fakes. I bought the bracelet from this mall around 6 months back and hardly ever used it. It was kept at dry place in the same case in which I was given by the store. When I opened it few days back, I see there are black marks all around and it has completely ruined.
I have bout other such accessory from Coach US - that has been going pretty well even after so much usage. I don't trust this store's stuff now

Horrible service. You walk in wanting to buy something, but three employees keep talking without paying attention to clients. They sell low-priced OUTLET bags as BOUTIQUE bags. Very rude and aggressive staff. Much better service and staff at Michael Kors store.

Very sad. Very frustating. Everyone in Coach stores tell me I can go to all stores to let my leather accessories printed individually. Here they asked for invoives. Not every Coach store has this machine so I was happy today to plan my time to let it done here. Very rude from the empöoyees. Did not feel treated well.

Went there yesterday to buy a bag and was absolutely impressed with Sammy’s service. He was a pleasure to deal with and helped me make the right choice. He did the monogramming and made sure I left the store satisfied. He offered free cleaning services for the other bags I had purchased previously and I highly recommend to ask for him specifically. He’s an asset to the store! Thanks Sammy.
