Non existent customer service. A button fell off the skirt which was worn only 3 times. Went to the the store in Dubai mall where it was purchased and manager said she can’t do anything about and advised to go fix it yourself. Needless to say it impossible to find such replacement button. So wasted money. Wife was very sad. Stay away from pinko brand and its dubai mall shop!

Walked in to buy 3 bags for couple friends who sent me screenshots, no one was there, jad to call the sales from backside. I asked i would like to ask how much is this bag the sales assistant first reply is "It's matching with your T-shirt" and started laughing with her colleague, obviously I am guy and it was unprofessional offensive reply to tell to customer, she then proceeded to share the price which was higher than online by 200 dhs. I asked why is it more expensive than online, the answer " we have to pay for the store, the rent, the staff", I said ok let me ask them if they are ready to pay the difference because it will be 200*3, then she started laughing again repeating "them" hahaha. Is there many people ! Totally unprofessional and rude.
