I was disappointed with how I was treated at this store. I required assistance at the store and not even one of the five free staff members offered any help even after I explicitly called out for help. The staff obviously treats customers with different cultural backgrounds differently, which is highly unusual for an international brand. The customer service at this store doesn’t even compare with Coach stores I visited in the US. I even asked for the manager and the security staff told hinted that it was a common request from customers, what does that tell you about this store?

One shop that we don't miss whenever we visit the Outlet Village. Best place to buy super discounted collections. I love the shop ambiance. The staff are helpful and friendly.
