Well, buckle up, because this review is about to get wild! At first, I was like, "ehhh, maybe this place isn't for me." But then, I walked into the store and BAM - I was hit with the overwhelming feeling that I had to give them a 4-star review. And let me tell you, I don't just hand out 4 stars like candy on Halloween.

Now, I can't predict the future, so I have no clue if the suits and shirts I got will hold up over time. But what I can tell you is that the customer support from Martha, Mohammed, and Hichem, at Sacoor One in Dubai Outlet Village and Salah at Sacoor Brothers in the Mall of Emirates was off the charts. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and I even made my flight on time!

All in all, if you're on the fence about this place, take it from me - give them a shot. You won't regret it (and maybe you'll even be like me and hand out a rare 5-star review)!

This outlet is a disgrace to the Sacoor One brand. The staff there give misleading information about the size and fit without providing any expert advise on the clothing. Their knowledge about alteration is extremely poor and have absolutely no idea about post sale customer service.

Great experience and thanks to the staff for helping us. Found a suit for my son. Seemed a good deal as suit and two shirts were AED1200 they have good offers and staff were friendly and helpful

I would highly recommend anyone visiting the store to see Shahul , sales representative . Very professional, calm and assists in deciding the right clothing. Kudos , Shahul

An excellent place to shop...Reda the salesman was very helpful and polite. Their collection has a lovely variety and everything is visibly high quality.
