Man is a lazy creature and requires comfort in everything. Well, I'm exactly right. When looking for an apartment to rent, fate brought me to the Suzana. I realized right away that despite the large number of realtors I know, I can only trust her. Suzana not only got me a discount where I asked for it, but also completely took care of all organizational issues. Charming, lightning fast, calm, she set goals and quickly fulfilled them. I won’t stop singing praises to her and I will recommend it wherever needed and where it’s not needed. Thank you for helping me make such a wonderful life change!

I had a disappointing experience with Izabela from the talent acquisition team. Her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude over the phone was truly disheartening.

I rented a property via Coldwell. From day one, my assigned agent, Ms. Sharmila, has been always proactive. From viewing the apartment (multiple times), to transparency during the entire rental stages, continuous follow-up with the landlord, POA to get the best deal, and the welcoming nature of the entire staff in the marina branch, especially Delia!

All documents were in place, additional documents were provided on request. All snagging was communicated to the landlord and fixed. Sharmila did not require any convincing from me. I just had to inform her something is needed and she gets it done. Gives a good comfort to tenants to see the agency so committed to their work!

I would highly recommend Coldwell and Sharmila to anyone looking for a real estate expert in the region

Ms Rose Mostafa is the best real-estate expert we ever come across. We wanted to rent a villa in Dubai, and she guided us through the whole process and gave us an outstanding experience from start to finish.

After looking for aparments to buy for 2 weeks with other real estates that never really listen to what we wanted, we met with Nadia Cortez from Coldwell Banker and in the first meeting she showed us exactly what we were looking for in the price range and she went beyond expectations , she find us a perfect townhouse with the big garden we wanted.
