Very very tasty pizza. Pizza got ready in 15 minutes. Employees are really awesome. There is also a restroom inside.

You can directly see the shop from tram station. 5 star service and food.

The staff are hesitant to accept our tip. It's not much but it's our way to say thank you. I don't know what is the company's rule. If they are allowed to accept tips or not. But they should be allowed. Me and my husband used to give tips whenever we eat outside. Our humble way to show our gratitude.

Their "Chicken Tikka" taste is acceptable and nice. However, their legend ranch was a total nightmare and a disaster! I felt that my stomach went upside down just by having 2 bites from this pizza! Completely inedible. Not ordering this pizza topping EVER again. I don't know how they call this Chicken "Legend". If this pizza was " legend" at something, then it would be a legend at being disgusting. For your information, Chicken Tikka is the Pizza with the red topping.

Unacceptable customer service.

Two days ago at 12 am they delivered a pizza and 2 other food items to us; it was written on the boxes our apartment number and our building number details. My husband thought I placed the order and he accepted the items, as I do shift job and that night I arrived home around 1 am.

Next day we realised that they made a mistake, as we didn't order anything. We didn't even eat any of the items and we had to throw them away.

Yesterday at 11pm their delivery guy was sent to us by his manager to collect 100 aed. We spoke over the phone with him and he was extremelly rude, insisting that we have to pay 100 aed for their mistake. Insane!!!!!

By the way the pizza was already paid from the other customer.

The delivery guy had strict instructions not to leave our apartment without collecting 100 aed, which in the end my husband paid, because he felt bad about the guy and also wanted him to leave.

Totally unacceptable behavior. It is not about the 100 aed. It is about their mistake and how they dealt with it. At least own your mistake and stop harrasing others.

Never ever order from them again.. never.

Horrible experience with this outlet. I ordered through Noon app, it took them almost 2 hours to deliver. They kept on increasing time. Till 1 hour from the order it was still not in oven & the guys were not even picking the call. Ruined by kids lizza party, had to go down to a restaurant to have our dinner.

Big gimmick. They sent an email saying thank you for being a loyal customer . Here is our new pan pizza ..on us . I thought It was nice of them. I filled out the form and submitted it. It never showed up !!! I was ok with no free pizza. Why did you waste my time ?

Very poor portions, very little amount of cheese and stuffs in general.. hou have to pay extra fees for ketchup!!!! Shameful policy!

Very bad experience and will not repeat it again.
