I bought a pair for 765 AED, their classic ones. I had a huge problem that the right shoe kept hitting the skin on the heel. It was fine in the store but within minutes of leaving, it rubbed my skin raw. I went in to get a refund but they can't refund me now since I walked out. Then I tried to exchange but you cannot if there's a difference in price (unless I was willing to pay more). Safe to say I will never buy from them or recommend them ever.

Cole Shaan at Dubai Marina Mall has the worst customer service of all retail stores I have been to. The Levant sale person man of the store was blaring jarring loud Arabic music. I have lived in Dubai for decades and really like the Arabs but this guy was arrogant, had zero customer service, was rude, thought you did him a favour by asking him for shoe sizes etc. I thanked him for his help continuously, but he didn’t even give the shoes. I said a nice thank you and well meaning good bye but he did not acknowledge the same. I was actually going to buy several pairs of shoes. But I Ultimately walked out bc of the atrocious customer service.

One of Penley's many bridges. It's the same brook as the one on Ellesmere Lane but the England/Wales border has left the course of the waterway by this time and both banks are firmly in Wales and Penley.
The nearby cottage is called the Cheshire Cheese and was once, in former times, a pub.
