Coffee was not very strong, the cakes are ok, team is very friendly. Atmosphere is really nice but some people are not being good- just taking space and making mess. Overall we liked it

Favorite Caffe Nero in Dubai.
A bit of noisy around and I wish they had more gluten free options.
Staff is awesome! Friendly and always fun to talk.

Food is old , even it looks fresh but all cakes taste old and taste bad. Coffee is average I don't expect high quality or good coffee from Nero but I wasn't expecting old cake, as if there had that cake in their fridge for 2 months .. I tried tiramisu and blueberry cheese cake

The worst cappuccino and Tiramisu cake I've had in my life . No flavour or taste whatsoever , the cappuccino tasted like coffee with just water and an excessive amount of foam ontop , the tiramisu cake was like a standard sponge cake with just fresh cream , it did not taste like a tiramisu cake at all .. An Absolute waste of money . Will never go back to Cafe Nero again and would definitely not recommend it to anybody .

Cafe Nero offers an open space in the heart of Marina mall. I tried their Matcha latte and I liked it. It was served quick and well.

Best americano in town!! Ace and Bishal are the best two employees of all coffee shops. They have always provided the best service every single time I’ve been there (and I was a regular costumer). They deserve to be upgraded and treated well. They are amazing workers.
