The three stars are for the breathtaking location but nothing for the restaurant, the staff are the totally opposite, I invited my family and I reserved a table with view, we were 10 people, we went as having dinner then as we are looking at the menu some decided to take coffee and dessert and some will order dinner. We starting to order then the waitress said “no ma’am you can’t order dessert from this table!” I said why, she said “all the tables on the view only for dinner”, I told her we will order two dishes, she said “ONLY!! No ma’am.”

I was very embarrassed in front of my family and they decided to leave to another restaurant after waiting one hour, when we are leaving I didn’t excuse the waitress, they saw us leaving and they didn’t even bother to ask.

Notice from the picture that the tables on the view were empty, it’s only our table and the last one occupied!!!

We went there and the staff are so accommodating. We were assisted by Mario. The place is so relaxing. The coffee is not that warm when served but the dessert is perfect. Also love the fountain view.

The terrace seating area was amazing. The dancing fountain was a very nice experience. As for dessert we had the Toffee pudding and the Kunafa it was super tasty! Coffee was delicious as well.
The service is awsome

Nice spot for the water show. Better make reservation in advance that can be done easily via google map directly. The mashroom tagliatelle is absolutely delicious. Dessert also good and beverage is also ok. Just the entance is not easy to find. You need to take elevator fisrt to 2nd floor then take escalator for another 2 floors to get to it at 4F by the corner.

Intentional rude answers and behavior from one of the new employees ( who was on reception and roaming around tables !!) turned our usual visit into a bad and embarrassing experience.
The owner and managers should pay attention to this issue and do not allow untrained employee who doesn’t have the courtesy and knowledge dealing with customers make this place lose all other excellent features.
However, the supervisor and the resident manager apologized for the behavior of their employee, and this is credited to them.

Amazing restaurant with good service and delicious food. The view is really nice (you can see the fountains). The whole staff is friendly with compliments to Mo! Tip: try the french toast it’s the best I’ve had so far :)

One of my favorite restaurant in Dubai mall to watch fountain. Food is delicious, big selection of coffee and other beverages. Dian waitress is very polite, attentive. Receptionist always greet you with a smile and gives the best table available. Highly recommend
