Employees don’t warn that things in this store are not subject to return, even if you bought it yesterday. Employees and manager are very rude. Service is very low, employees don’t want to help customers and solve the problem
Never come back this store.

Though I like the brand but I couldn’t be happy what I faced in Ibn Batttuta Mall branch. As an ordinary customer, I usually don’t read my bills, neither staff has warned me on the issues of discounted items can’t be returned back. I like winter boot for my son and we tried it at the showroom, however we have realized later at home that item can’t be worn with winter sock due to size issue. I brought it back to the store to exchange but they didn’t have a stock. Then I wanted to return in that case where all started. So I can’t say I don’t like the brand but I didn't like how they handled my issue. So management should work with store manager on customer complain and communication issues.
