Perfect place to shop unique gold jewellery. I was super impressed with Pearl jewellery, such a unique and elegant design. Too good staff & even store is pretty big . They have a good range in 18k gold as well . But I prefer 22k more then 18k . But designs in 18k were just amazing. They have too pretty designs for girls . Do check out pics for more

I was suppose to buy jewelry 2 times, but the staff don’t pay attention to you, so you go somewhere else, where the customer service is top notch.

Absolutely fantastic....magical works of art one can wear beautifully. Extremely well crafted pieces ....my favorite shop and the staff are brilliant. Stunning !!

Dear Damas Jewellery team,
Your attitude with loyal customers is ridiculous.
Instead doing your job properly you decided to cheat, what I can not accept.
You promised to resize ring into agreed size, it did not happen and in the store, shop assistant was just pushing through ring-size tool the ring to make it bigger, what caused ring damage.
I am expecting from you to contact me and find the solution. It can not be, I am not able to contact anyone in your HQ office to give the feedback, and it is 21st century.

Attitude, lies, unprofessional approach and on top of it I have to pay everything upfront is not acceptable. Your reputation dropped to ZERO, and I make sure all your customers are aware of your way of working, so at least they are not victims of your services.

I am expecting the call from you or pick up the phone in your office.

Unprofessional and poorly trained staff, rude and with zero understanding of physical laws. With their logic every year the jewelry lost grams so in 10 years you don’t have ring anymore because it’s melting on the sun or evaporating into the air. Although the scale was clearly showing less after resizing to bigger size staff was rude and unprofessional.
We don’t recommend to buy in Damas jewelry.
In Dubai you find better places for jewelry with professional service.

The staff's is very busy all the time and wait long time for a repair.
Lost one very small diamond 0.01ct need repairs, bought in Oct 2017 it is advise need to be paid aed200-300.
Most of the jewellery shop here such small diamond lost will not need to pay. Dont like Damas after sell services.

Bad service. Even though the store has 4 to 5 staff they are incapable to handle all customers.
