Although there was a problem during the installation process, waEV-charge company immediately arranged for the manager to come to the scene to assist in person. Finally the installation was successfully completed.
After sales service is very good !

Absolute pleasure to deal with a company who are people, not just all online forms. Ordering system worked well and the follow up was fast. The Charger was installed perfectly and the electricians ensured everything worked before they left.
The Charger and app work well.
Joe and Max must be congratulated on their level of communication.
Highly recommend!

Look no further for your EV charger with this great company that I am honestly proud to have done business with.
The process was smooth from start to finish this include the initial enquiry form. Kits was delivered way ahead of installation date and Joe is always in communication making sure things are running smoothly and always reply to your concern within an hour.
On the day of installation, the engineer arrived on time and did a very neat job. Joe help with setting up the app and I am a very satisfied customer! I will highly recommend this company over and over. Thank you all at waEV. It is a 5 star PLUS from me.

Dealing with waEV was a pleasure. I had been looking for a home charger for some weeks and the whole process was very straightforward. I received a quotation within minutes and the price was very competitive. The home survey was quick and easy and the installation was superb. Highly recommended.

Great charger and brilliant customer service.
I had looked at many brands and selected features I liked in a charger, smart functions, setting off-peak hours, tracking use, solar etc and each time I would find a charger there would be something missing, Until I found the WaEv charger! Its sleek and functional and the app is great too! Would recommend highly, not only for the product but the knowledge and service from the team helping with install and any questions about the unit.

All questions were resolved quickly and the charger (EV1i) works exactly as I hoped. Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend the company and products.

Dealing with Joe, even before I purchased the charger was effortless. Nothing was too much trouble and even the most simplest of questions was answered swiftly and in a friendly manner. The install was also great - simple clear communication and the installation engineer was a great guy, very helpful and very clean in the way he worked - again, nothing was too much trouble.
