Branch Manager was very helpful when preparing managers cheques.
However, poor experience from customer service desk as they would not print a copy of my bank statement despite me being told they could at that branch.

Worst bank worst service I have called many times and send an emails also visited branch they are not updating my aecb report I am cbd customer and I will close my account in cbd

Very bad service, very rude custumer service lady, cbd started to charge on each (saving)account minimum account balance fee, not like other uae banks which only charge if main account falls or is average below, and to close saving accounts they charge 105 aed for each saving account, also this branch does not do all services or lady refused to work

It was really disappointed that this agent will answer you "I do not know I will apply and pass" you need a solution it may be for you a small amount but for us it is big already. Customer care #8 hope you do your job properly hope you are knowledgeable enough to answer some questions that needed to be answer and you need to professional. It seems like you do not care at all. I'm hoping that I could retrieve my money back.

New Update after seeing other reviews on cbd i visited cbd and i see cash deposit machine and i use it.
Now there is cash deposit machine also but you can use it only Bank timings but if you want to use cash deposit machine any time you can visit cbd main branch near diera city center metro station.

Is very bad experience with CBD. My husband get scam, My husband want to pay even he get scam, he asking for help he can't pay all one time, he just asking solution so he can pay. But from CBD they not give solution, they keep pressure my husband. As I know the other bank they will give solution to the customer, they will help the customer. They very rude
