Please keep in mind that during Ramadan working hours have been changed, I’ve updated it only after arriving here at 7:30. Late for work, due to slow progress and poor communication skills of the staff. Not to mention, nobody is willing to hurry or treat you respectfully.

Guess this is a norm here when it comes to foreigners.

I have been absued badly by receptionist officer & never been insulted like this my entire life. I serve This country for 11 years & now i was on a investor visa he throw me out like a used tissue. Dubai GOVT should teach them manner & let someone els to their job.

Terrible experience. I went there today as I was being sent from pillar to post... No one in this country (at least at public service level) seems to bother to understand our issue and just clearly communicate to us what has to be done. The staff in general have zero compassion and extremely poor customer service and the guy at the entrance had the audacity to tell my tired 5 year old daughter and I to "go home then" when we went to explain that the online video chat facility kept getting cancelled, another guy inside just ignored us. I am appalled and extremely disappointed, this last experience tarnished my entire image of Dubai. I am leaving Dubai and never plan to visit Dubai again. I would give a zero star rating if it were possible, thanks to these unprofessional folks!

Very bad service specially for Emirati counter for passport. No one attends clients, no signs or anyone to tell us where to go and what to do, counter payment is way far from passport counters. We were told it will take up to two hours to get passport. There isn't any indication on screens if we are to get passports. I honestly wonder how they got five stars as best services.

3rd class service the people's who's are sitting on information establishment they don't provide any information just talking with eachother such a bunch of illiterate people sitting on the front desk they are not eligible even a watch man Post and they're sitting on front desk I am very disappointed ????????????

Cashier is out somewhere chatting with police, and we've been standing there for a long time. Didn't even apologize, and made us feel we interrupted her little chit chat.

Seriously these ladies, why do they always make you feel like you are a burden every time you come for the service? i mean, it's not for free?(establishment card) we pay for the service.They always make sure you'll get intimidated one way or another. Never puts on a smiling face just a raising eyebrows and mean face.

Terrible branch, definitely wouldn't want to come back.

I visited the Dubai Jafiliya Immigration with hope. Unfortunately, at counter #25, the officer didn't listen to my explanation.
She instructed me to place the papers on the table and wait. After about 5 minutes, she returned the documents through security and informed me that my issue could not resolve you could go.

I don't even want to leave a star to the Jafiliya Immigration departement. They pushed my mother and verbally harrassed her without giving her any proper guidance. Not only that, they even hid their identity card so that we cannot report him to the concerned authorities. If there is truly someone in the UAE who is regulating and auditing the customer service at this Immigration office, I hope you investigate them anonymously and see it for yourself. Truly horrible. I never expected that people who have lived, worked and contributed to the GDP of this country over the past 40 years have been treated like this.
