My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were quiet and soundproof, the staff was kind and courteous, and the breakfast spread — in all of my extensive travel experience, I’ve never seen a hotel put on a better spread. Multiple types of cuisine as well as classics like pancakes, Nutella, and fruit. We also really enjoyed the decor of the hotel — the tiling, the paintings, the glass wall decor, and the flowers in the lobby. Overall, an awesome experience, and definitely want to come again.

Great hotel with great staff and services. I enjoyed every small detail of my stay. But the staff and management at this hotel is what makes it amazing. Everyone was so helpful, pleasant and professional. Plus the luxury of their rooms and service makes them an excellent choice

From the very start the staff was so welcoming. We arrived at 1am and Monica at the front desk was awesome. She took care of everything with a smile!. Hospitality staff did a great job with the rooms and left a personal touch of a Dove with a wonderful note attached. However, the hostess Miss Athena was simply spectacular. She greeted us daily and was very helpful throughout the trip. Such a wonderful staff and hotel!

We had the best stay in Conrad. They communicated with us before our trip, prepared an anniversary and congratulatory cake for our son. As a diamond member they upgraded our room and we couldn’t be happier!!! The executive lounge had an awesome view of the city. I really want to thank everyone, from the guest relations Shannen, front desk Lorenzo, room attendants and Roel who helped us with our luggage.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Dubai. This was the first time with Conrad and it´s now on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel.

Thank you so much and my specially appreciation goes to Mr. Lorenzo Beltran. He is a true example of excellent hospitality!

Very impressive. Very comfortable. Very relaxing. The service is amazing. Sometimes it feels like they would reed your mind before you even think about it. Especially the service in the executive lounge. Makes you forget about time and day. Thank you soooo much. ????

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! Given Dubai growth, the location is top notch: close to main points of interests, right on the subway line and 20-30 min radius taxi ride if needed. Service was outstanding! We had a couple of milestones to celebrate and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. Rooms were modern and very clean. Pool area had a relaxing vibe. Very easy to get a hold of staff via whatsapp. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will be back ❤

Location is perfect next to World trade center metro station. Rooms super clean well maintained. Service is Excellent also, their breakfast is really delicious variety of options. We were assisted by staff very well.
