Love the converse brand, but Sunandsands sport who is reselling converse in UAE is a complete failure in refund policy, and in staff at Dubai mall converse shop. Bought shoes on 4 Feb and came on 9 Feb to refund, not worn, box not even opened, was in the paper bag as it was originally when they put it inside. Either the bank receipt was not provided to me initially or was misplaced, I am not sure, but original receipt was present in the box! Refund for a reason that I had to get money back. I suggested them to check their cameras from that morning when I purchased to see if staff has given me receipt, they refused. Total failure Supervisor named Su is not able to talk to a Customer in a polite manner, 40 mins waiting, providing them bank statement (!), calling my bank for an authorization reference and yet, not able to get it. By the end, Supervisor has just left me and attended to another customer who was willing to buy new shoes. What the odds. No apologies, no proper attention, basically humiliating me for waiting, providing my statements as if I am begging for money. Total damage of the brand name. No words to describe the attitude of this lady. If you are willing to purchase new shoes you are welcome. If you wish for a refund, be ready to undergo through all circles of hell. Now, not the refund process what upsets the most, but the attitude of staff, mainly the named Supervisor. Logged complaint via customer service and will see what happens

I was set to purchase a specific item and just wanted to try it hopefully if it would suit me, the place isnt crowded ans i was just minding my own business all the ladies staffs were so arrogant with their “can i help you?” tone. Very rude and made me uncomfortable, no wonder why not alot of people are purchasing from there, their approach to customers are hella poor

im just asking about some size and style ( for only one style) but she was rude and sarcastic. as if she's thinking i dont have enough money to afford it(FILIPINO saleslady) kudos to other nationalities when it comes in approach to the customers..

This was the first shop I saw were they print your personal design on a chuck! They were extremely friendly and helped to put my ideas into a design on the Computer. The shoe looks very nice and the print has come out perfectly! They also offer shirts, socks...

I’d like to specially thank Anne for helping me find another pair of the blue indigo lightweight pants after ruining my old ones, it was out of stock but she was able to get me a new pair miraculously.

Converse is an American shoe company that primarily produces skating shoes and lifestyle brand footwear and apparel. They have quite good collection related to shoes and apparel. Staff is very helpful. Located in Dubai Mall.
