worst customer experience ever.

it seems like they are not interested in taking in new potential customers cause it is impossible to book an appointment.

I have been trying to book an appointment since February although i have pending packages with them, but they take days to respond so i had to buy a brand new package from a different clinic just to get my treatment! very bad customer service.

I am a patient of Obagi for more than 8 years,I also tried other places,and no one is better for botox and fillers than dr.FERAS????????????????! It’s totally worth of price and you ll leave super happy and gorgeous!

I am very happy with the treatment I received at Obagi Medispa , Nawara was super sweet , she went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns I had. Excellent customer service I recommend you to ask for Nawara , she did an amazing job very helpful!

I have been coming to Obagi Medispa for 5 years now and they have amazing products. My favorite nurse Jade takes great care of me from start to finish. She's done excellent work and gives wonderful advise, friendly and very accommodating. Go book an appointment you wont regret it!

Before I travel I came to Dr Ali based on reputation. NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS and the filler for lip lines has gone!!!!!!! Is this a joke? Exorbitant price for 10 days????!!! Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!

Giving out my 5 stars for the very satisfactory experience with Obagi Clinic . Aside from the neat and good facility, the clinic staff are also accommodating, specially Deena she is so helpful she is the one who introduced me this magical place. My skin was extremely rough and dry I’ve completed 5 sessions of my treatment and it turned out amazing. Jade she have such a magical golden hands. She is a wonderful therapist with highly quality of experience. Thanks DEENA , JADE and Of course OBAGI :)

I came through a referral. And I have to say that Obagi is the most professional clinic I dealt with. The amount of places I’ve called and they said they’d call me back they never did. Obagi was literally the only place that called me and assisted all of my concerns. My experience with Dr.Feras was very detailed and I was so comfortable during my consultation that I proceeded with my treatment. Super happy with the outcome. Thank you!
