Have to agree with the other commenters that this surgery has deteriorated over last 3/4 years. Can never get an appointment - waiting times seem to be 3 - 6 weeks! They tell you to ring at 8 or ring at 2 for a same day, knowing full well won't be one. The staff are not welcoming or show any friendliness when you do manage to get seen.

My mother is a cancer patient and has been trying to speak to her doctor. Every time she phones, the receptionist advises the doctor is busy. When my mother asked if the doctor could phone her the answer is still no. It's particularly insulting to ask the reason for the emergency when you have disclosed that you are a cancer patient and suffering symptoms from treatment. How dare a receptionist be allowed to talk to patients in such a manner and tell patients they cannot be seen by their GP because they are busy.
A receptionist is not a medical professional and is in position to assist GP's and Patients. We're all very aware of how the NHS is suffering and in support of their plight. A receptionist who treats patients in such an uncaring manner is undeserving of the post itself and is not a good reflection of its service. My mother has been with this surgery 70 years or so. She is in need of consulting with her GP, but has to fight her way through the barriers of a most uncaring receptionist.

Totally useless since Dr Arnold & one of professional receptionist left this practice that caused this practice turned to a awful place with unprofessional teams.

- Always difficult to make appointments.
- receptionist is extremely rude, he has awful attitude…
- Manager is useless and unprofessional with her disrespectful behaviour if you make a complaint.
IT IS A BIG SHAME !!!!
- My gp is such as a robot (apathetical), she ignores you to refer a professional team when she gives up to treat you by painkillers, probably she does not feel your pains or might be she thinks you are lying ????????In any case, it is disappointing????????

Totally, the practice team clearly don’t care about patients even they are not good trained which place & what kind of people they are working or dealing with…
- mostly, i am getting help from google, books, friends experiences, that is SHAME you have to help yourself, because you always have issues by making appointments…

Not sure if this place is good or not. I can never get an appointment. I get told to call at 8:00 to try an emergency appointment yet on Google maps it shows as opening at 8:30. Which is it then? Reception staff not the most friendly I’ve come across. To be fair most GP surgeries are like this so Lichfield Grove not that unique.

Every single time I request some help or proscription for anything for myself or my 3 year old I receive a message “you don’t need to see medical help you can go to chemist and ask for OC medication” FYI I requested something as some of us can’t always afford medication and when we need our gp help the least we can ask you to consider and least act as you should. If I want to treat myself I would not ask for advice or help. Shame we have to help ourself as GP does not help.

Leave you on hold for 30 minutes and hang up when you're put through, while you're trying to fix issues they have caused. Also their hold music is a seven second loop.

Ive Been going to this surgery for years and never had any problems. Great practice, receptionists always helpful and attentive. Dr Lynsey Selman exceptionally caring, kind, patient, knowledgable and always so helpful. The best GP ever.

I’m register in this GP more then 7 years , when never call for serious problem , no one care about you ,from last week to this week over 5 time I ring a gp even I go to the gp but no body help us .one young man was on the phone he said to me leave to me I will find out and I’ll give you a call back, but he never give me a call back.I went to Royal free hospital to find out but they say you have follow-up from your GP.
