Fantastic experience. Constant updates of work being done with accurate estimates for time to job completion. A comprehensive list of any repairs required is given with a sensible priority of items needing immediate attention. No unnecessary work recommend. Clean office and shop areas with friendly and professional staff. Unlike any garage experience I've had in Dubai before. Definately my only choice for my vehicle from now.

I will only choose Cool Runnings garage for all of my car’s maintenance. All staff are so friendly and they know what they are doing. The owners are generous and kind people that they take good care of their staff so that the staff are happy working, hence they take good care of your cars. Communication is also well handled here.I am informed regularly on quotes, progress of the service and necessary advice. They go out of your ways to make sure you get the best services. I could really feel the honesty and the genuine care provided here. I will always recommend this garage to all my friends. Many thanks ????.

This workshop came highly recommended by a friend, so decided to try them out and boy have I not been disappointed! I have used this workshop on two occasions so far for my 2013 Ford Edge Limited (one for suspension and bumper repairs together with minor service as well as brake repairs.) The experience has been nothing short of amazing, very accommodating and flexible on short notice and timings, received regular updates and feedback on progress of work completed, clear explanation of what work was being carried out, expert advise on what is absolutely necessary from a safety perspective, cost saving was definitely taken into consideration, staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming… the list goes on! I was fortunate enough to meet the owners on recent collection of my vehicle - what lovely people to chat to!

I cannot recommend this business enough and will most certainly be my preferred choice for all maintenance and services moving forward.

Thank you Cool Runnings for the exception service. Looking forward to supporting you as you have done for me and my vehicle!

Cool Runnings Garage is a hidden gem amongst the 100s of car garages in Dubai. Mr Richard (Operation Manager) is a knowledgeable and honest person and leads a team of experienced and very professional technicians. They were transparent with the diagnosis and carried out the repairs promptly. The facilities are spacious and clean with ample parking space inside/outside the garage as well. Excellent customer service, they even picked up and dropped my car home!

Richard and the team are simply brilliant !

They managed to fix my car with major repairs in one working day only and at a very competitive price.

They have done an amazing job, the car feels like brand new.

Garage was very clean. They gave a fair quotation for multiple things that needed to be sortered including replacing the bushes. The car was in and out in about 30 hours. Guys listened attentively to my concerns even though i couldnt quite descibe what was wrong with the car.
