I had bad experience about this garage. I have a/c compressor not working in my car. But after installing it the condenser also is leaking. After fixing the compressor and condenser. Another issue electrical problem. And the worst thing my water pump is leaking before that my water pump is ok. In short they will take your money. I will not recommend this garage. They are fixing my car for more than a week. They promise 4 to 5 days.

Oil change or repairs, this is the place to be. Excellent customer service and work ethics.

I know I was not being cheated like the last two garages, who offered me 3 times higher quotation.

Nice and clean waiting area with WiFi.

100% recommend the services of PROTONE AUTO CARE. A reliable company, reasonably priced, with very strong customer service and always willing to find the best solution. Transparent about costs and always asking for what the customer preference is, I have taken my cars to the garage over the last few months and I am highly satisfied with the job done, turned around also at quick notice. Hard to find reliable garages like this one. Don't hesitate if you are looking for one.

Had an issue with the door latch. Which the main dealer told me I need to replace the entire locking system for a large amount of money. Visited PROTONE and they quickly identified the issued and got the latch working for of reaction of the price. It has now been about 1 month and the issue has not returned.

They team are good at communicating and giving clear options in person and via what’s app. I highly recommend.

Tried many garages in UAE with various rare and classic cars and Adnane and his team at Protone are by far the best. Adnane was able to diagnose complex electronic issues and to source replacement parts quickly and cheaply. He kept me updated and I received the car looking like new. Great price and great professional service. My friend (who is a mechanic) also uses Protone and is always impressed with their work.

For those who love their cars i strongly recommand protone.This people knows how to diagonse the problem. Genunie professional people.I have my renault vehicle serviced recently and i am very happy to say that they gave a new life to my vehicle. They care our vehicles well.

After 2 years rounding in many workshops even agency, no one knew the problem in the brake system.
This workshop have repaired it within 1 day and less cost.
Great job , recommended!!
