I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Coral.
I purchased a Ck one premium perfume that turned out to be leaking. When I returned to the shop in an hour with the receipt and original packaging, the shopkeeper was unprofessional in his response. Not only did they refuse to replace the defective product, but their lack of concern for the issue left me deeply disappointed.
I took the matter up with the management and even spoke to the owner, hoping for a more reasonable response. Unfortunately, the management's attitude mirrored that of the shopkeeper, leaving me with no resolution. They even had the audacity to offer a cheap, own-brand perfume as a gift, which was clearly an unacceptable solution.

Their lack of professionalism and accountability have resulted in a significant waste of my time and money.

As a regular regular customer for more than 2 years, I always appreciated the Filipina lady named Joy, she always helpful and try her best to give a good service to her customer . Coral Perfumes had a best scent at affordable price that's why I keep back to purchase . I suggested to all of you to visit Salah Aldin branch

I would like to appreciate the customer service with Filipino lady staff , she help me find what I'm looking for, similar with the one I used to buy in Oman ....the perfume 100/% good I recommend the shop.. I will come back again soon.

Am purchasing two time from here 8 eight perfume for sending to Pakistan and again last month purchase for myself he said it is good and long lasting but not above 30 minutes it is ridiculous useless perfume don't waste your money here he is lier .

Good place to buy perfumes for affordable price. "Desire" is a good option. Parking is not available always.

The worst experienced that I had the last time when I visited there as a regular customer. The lady name called Joyce. Very rude, treated to me & my husband as if like we can’t buy what we are asking for . Tried to discriminate us with nationality because we asked about old male staff who we used to be his regular customer. And didn’t see him , that’s why we asked if he is around. However we visited to another coral branch in alrigga road . Bought 2 Mont Blanc btl for man & 1 iconic for lady. . This kind of staff who tried to humiliate the customer should be working as customer service to maintain company name.

I had been to this shop at salah al din metro, they have committed me that they will be doing the necessary procedures for vat refunds at the airport and charged me extra but when i reached the airport they have not done that and when i called they are not picking the phone.

They always recommend for their brand (coral) and try to offer more discounts but it is inferior and fragrance is less lasting compared to the brands... Be cautious
