Very bad costumer service. I really hate those people who's taking my order on tel call. Just today march 28 2023 I had a very very bad experience while ordering a water.
I understand we are all busy, can you imagine the guy promise me that they will deliver in 30mins the I call 5 times to follow up my order and it took the 2 hrs to deliver my order. What a bad customer service. they didn't even deserve 1 star.

I have also same kind of experience the cash counter agent is useless already stop to visit any of there branches

specially who call himself a "MANGER" who's working in night shift , no wonder they treat the customers with such a rude and disrespectful way , if the thier company doesn't have official website or customer complain hot line
