Baaad service, I want the manager mr. Rajish to speak to me, all what i asked for is:
_ soft copy of the papers
_ to be sent to my whatsup
_ i need them as pdf
_ i want it to be scaned
I tried to clarify my request in more than one way to get exactly what I asked for
And then the employee printed the papers and gave me hard copies which i didn't ask for and she told me to pay 5AED more for something i didn't ask for and then she acuased me that i'm liar and she said that i'm the one who made the mistake
I don't care about the 5 AED if she appologiesed for the mistake i would forgive her and pay the plus 5AED with pleasure instead of blaming me
knowing that i have aleady paid 10 AED

It’s good place for most of the printing and copying related stuff moreover people are very professional but friendly situated in a prominent location

I had experienced very bad with wrong attitude with some printers previously.
But Cosmos is Great. Owner Mr. Rajesh and designer Mr. Raj is so friendly. Job done on time always. Thank God i found them.

I needed some last-minute UV-printed business cards (500 pieces), and they were delivered in record time. I gave my brief/approval at 6 p.m., and it was completed by 10 p.m.
Latest machines, excellent quality, friendly and well-informed staff.

This is not a good company, I did order 25 pcs of sticker and they said the cannot do it the same day, so we agreed 9:30 am on the next day. I asked him if candeliver it on 9:30. he said OK. and the next day they said they can only deliver at 11:00 am because of printing time. dont believe them when they give you delivery or finishing time. This Company is not Good.

Cosmos Print Centre have supported me to establish our company logos by providing a very professional brand design. Big thanks to Shehzad & Raj for their advise and great support. I am coming back for more advertising and marketing services.

This has to be the worst printing centre in UAE.
They have asked me to prepare the format of the invoice which needed, and after 2 days trying to compile the necessary, they have asked for an LPO. After providing the LPO, they have informed that I need to make full payment in advance for a product which I have not received or seen!!!!!!

Moreover, their employee informed me that he will call me to update on the case before closure, and he never did!!!

I am very upset, because I have spent 2 days making the required, and after that I was informed of the advance payment.

I will never deal with this company again, and I don't recommend working with them. Horrible customer service.

UPDATE: 12/9/2020

Next day I was contacted by their customer service, and was informed that I don't have to pay until I get the product. It was delivered on time, and it was of decent quality as advertised.

Rating changed from 1 star to 4 stars.

I used to order printed works from Cosmos guys since 2 years. So glad I found them.They saved me many times with a fast and very high quality print. Always professional, flexible and very helpful.
