I've been at this surgery since I was a baby. They've always been really helpful with me and kind as due to my mental health condition I can be very panicky and they reassure me of things and treat me with a lot of respect. Even the new staff and doctors have been really helpful to me. Special shoutout to Shevon, Debee and Mel who are always extra nice to me

Very very bad service ! I am in shock - I called and said that my child has been coughing for two weeks and I want to check the lungs. I am given an address for this at Leyton , how is this possible??? wake up people, I live in Chingford and the easiest way to check your lungs is in Leyton ! Of course the kids will die !

Amazing surgery. Friendly, welcoming reception staff that always go out their way to get you an appointment (which is a rarity) and thorough doctors that are genuinely concerned about their patients. I had to move from this surgery for approx 6 months due to change in borough and the service provided by the surgery I moved to in comparison to the service provided here is not comparable. These guys also managed to provide a great service still during the pandemic. Well done Larkshall Medical Centre

Worst ever...Wasted over 40mins of my daughter's school time and my own time in the reception for an appointment that was meant to last for 10mins....Non of the staffs was sayin nothing,no information as to why we had to wait that long..The receptionist was mot helpful at all..Horrible experience EVER

Great GP practice, lovely receptionists who always do what they can to get you an appt, often have to wait a few days for one vit thats better than some places! Nurse is equally lovely as are the doctors, I've always been listened to and when I've needed treatment they have always got the prescriptions down to the pharmacy ASAP.

Been with this surgery for 22yrs, well the years I've been with them says it all, the GPS and staff at the surgery have looked after me so well always above and beyond up until now . Great surgery great team work always been there for me. Thank you to you all you've never failed me especially Karen, Debbie, siobhan,Ellena who no longer is with us and all the new staff to????

An Amazing Surgery and Team
Being fairly new to the area we have only used the facilities a few times. However I have to say that the level of service we have received at every level, no matter who you speak to or who you see, is absolutely 1st class.
The additional step they go in everything they do, any time I have contacted them, has continued to reiterate to me how much patients and care important to them. This is, by far, the best surgery in my adult 35 + years I have ever dealt with. Thank you Larkshall Medical Centre - the difference you make is very much appreciated.

Have been patient of Larkshall Medical centre for 10 years now and I have nothing but praise, appreciation and respect for both Doctors and reception team alike.
They have always been caring , helpful , polite and professional and I would definitely recommend this medical center to all residents in the Chingford area.
