Amazing staff. They’re very helpful in explaining the detail of the rackets clearly. They make sure you’re comfortable with the one you choose before you purchase it. They even customize it according to your needs.
My friends have bought from this place before and suggested it to me. No regrets purchasing from here so far.

Just wanted to commend how professional and friendly the Cosmos Team is. First, BADMINTON COACH RAYMOND. Dude, that man is not good, HE IS G-R-E-A-T!!!
Very calm, very affirmative, very friendly, very motivating, and of course, soooo good at such sports. And may I know from where is he getting such an endless patience on all his trainees (in all ages!)? So commendable. If you’re a beginner (like me), he is the kind of coach that you’re looking for. No unnecessary pressure but you will surely learn and enjoy all sessions.

Meanwhile, El and Nabeel are equally accomodating and professional. So easy to approach for booking the courts even on last minutes. ????

Finally, in their store, they have this wide variety of sports equipment and apparel where you can choose from. Their Filipino sales representative (I forgot his name though) is so generous on giving ideas about the specs of the items and which one suits your level and skill. Made me bought my first (two) badminton rackets and a pair of badminton shoes. ????

Very very bad experience with this shop or brand products theirs cycle are very low and bad quality I had purchased a small cycle for my child after taking it from the shop when we reached home and took the cycle out of the car that cycle was not moving forward because of break issues I had to take it back to them they did something but when my son started riding it and pull the break the break half part broke completely . Also the body of the cycle are soo cheap that by dropping the cycle one once down the rim of the tyre got bend they took 3 days to fix it and after getting it back that cycle while moving is making soo much sound also the break is making sound and getting Stuck on the tyre while moving the cycle forward . I will suggest every one do not spend money behind these cheap quality cycles.

As soon as I took the cycle out from ur shop and kept in my car when I reached my apartment n took the cycle out of car the cycle was not moving because of break problems immediately I took it back to the shop at the same time your this cycle has so many problems body was having some scratches n all till now I have sent the cycle back to the shop for repair for 4 time for some or the other issues

I purchased a badminton racket from Cosmos and Shameem helped me pick the right racket. Also we can redeem ADCB touch points/ Emirates NDB rewards here, which is really a plus.
