I felt good only while collecting my Emirates ID. All my other experience with them is pain. Rude staff even the empost delivery people are Rude.
No proper response from customer service. It's so bad to suffer even after paying for the package, its international shipping and empost delivery charge over that. Even after agreeing the time and delivery charge, they failed to deliver. Not once, several times. Even if we call the delivery guys, they either cut the call on face or dont respond. I cant reach them on phone most of the time and they take several days for responding the mails. They dont have proper tracking also. Pathetic.

Very poor service in the pick up area. Employee are talking to each other rather than to assist customers. I had a very bad experience.

They suppose to regularly update the (open/close) time as it changed during Ramadan, I went there depending on the time shown on the map and I surprised that time has been changed.

Very poor service. No clear ticket numbering system to know how long one is to wait endlessly
