Definitely a Coffee Shop which deserves all Stars. My Favourite coffee shop at Al Furjan- Pavilion Commercial Center. Place gets crowded during office hours with several sales and IT professionals working out of this place. Never had any service related issues. Place is open until 10 PM in the evening. Although the place does not have their own delivery guys, I had noticed Several DELIVEROO pick ups from this place. Good one overall.

More training needed for all the Barista on how to make a coffee without it tasting burnt
also, all the new promotional items, the Barista's need to be trained well.
Visited yesterday, we have to return our ice frappuccino's as it was tasteless and exchange them for hot coffee's.

One of the worst attitude customer service here. There is one specific Philippina lady whose so arrogant (Grace). You should be polite to people.

Great service, clean and quiet. Only issue is the opening hours that needs to start earlier before people start their day.

Also, it has in-door seating area missing the great weather in the winter!

Cozy little cafe .. I sit here to work with a nice warm cup coffee!

Easily can recommend if you want a change of setting or want to have a meeting ..

The staff is polite, and well coffee is what you get at every costa, which is amazing. The Wi-Fi is good in case you need to sit for longer hours..
I have seen plenty of people sit here for their work and enjoy the no commotion vibes
