The establishment in Furjan branch exhibits low standards when it comes to respecting people's time and communication. Based on my experience, I do not recommend going there. Despite having my nails done with gel polish and paid a lot, they got damaged after only four days. When I shared my feedback with them, they did not take any action to address my concerns.

I regret the membership, it’s not worth it. Although, the service is good but agents multiple times do double booking for 2 clients at the same time and it happened twice that I had to go wait and leave without getting my service done due to double booking!! I believe the place can’t accommodate many clients.

I just had my manicure done by Janice, my pedicure done by corlie and my hair done by Abeer. From start to finish the service I received was amazing. I have been to a few salons in Dubai whilst being here in holiday and I will definitely come back here. I would recommend this Salon and staff to anyone else visiting. They were all very professional and polite. My mani and pedi came out really nice! I wanted a certain cut and style and Abeer gave me exactly what I asked for I’m very pleased! And I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Dubai. Thank you so much for the lovely service ladies! Xxx

Very good and professional services, I can recommend full body massage, nails, and pedicure - all of the services I booked in this branch and all were well managed. Price/value definitely better than in many other places which I tried before. I was also very pleased with the cleanliness of this place - one of the most important factors for me.
