Stopped by during a quiet weekend morning and had a frappe. Initially, I would say that the service was fantastic. The waitstaff and in particular the lady who served me was so friendly she was a pleasure to order from.

The mocha frappe she made was also great with a smooth consistency, balanced flavour and finished off with cream very nicely.

Otherwise the location of this branch and proximity to the offices in Marina Plaza make it busier during office hours.

Writing for the Costa Coffee - Marina Plaza Branch
We have arrived this morning to avail our free coffee from the app. The Cashier, Tanya, asked us to update the app and we did, while the one customer behind us already took her order. We were fine with that however updating the app takes a bit of time as we need to sign-in again. Tanya is rushing on taking our coffee order while we were still busy fixing the app update and then rushing to scan the app while we choose from the menu selection of drinks. All of this interaction, even if we felt rushed, was fine however it was not acceptable to be treated with a very annoyed voice/approach. Our food orders came first and mine was just thrown on the counter rudely.

A busy corner coffee shop at the ground floor opposite to the reception. Peak hours are very crowded and the service is very quick. If you visit a third time they would know your choice. Very active and friendly staff and their service is fast and to the last word of your customization as possible.

And a small door leads to a smoking area to the outside in case one wants to have a smoke with their coffee.

There is not a big selection of food, but the food displayed vanishes fast. There are a few tables for a quick bite.

I'm a regular customer to this coffee shop and 9 out of 10 times, I feel that the staff are over working and tired.

Its always so pleasant to get greeted with a smile, prompted and served quickly and consistently is a great experience. I visit other Costa shops but those are very dirty and this one especially is far cleaner and pleasant than most stores.

This is my first choice for a great coffee closer to my work.

Almost good service and lovely staff,was only one lady serving and tables were all clean and organizes, they running an offer fir 35AED coffe wrap and water,food tastes good and coffee is second to none!

Frequently pick stuff up from this joint, love the place and the staff. They always recommend good stuff when it comes to quick bite. ????
