We’ve finally found our home which is full of love, happiness and peace thanks to the best agent we’ve ever had in Dubai, Manoshi Vora. From the word go, she always lined up viewings depending on what exactly what we were looking for after getting to know our priorities in finding a home. I've been a long term tenant (my 7th year) in the rental apartment managed by Betterhomes, and the last 16 months have been a blessing when it comes to getting services done smoothly and efficiently; maintenance issues, repair, requests to landlord (thanks for my new b/o curtains!), they're all been taken care of, and communicated in pro-active ways, not just me chasing around (which can be frustrating) without being responded to. All this smoothness couldn't have happened without great support from my property supervisor, Luke Fernandes. He has done an awesome job in helping me in any problems so far since he took onboard the responsibility of managing my unit. Luke manages his team really well too. I am very pleased and sincerely hope he will stay with Betterhomes as my property supervisor for as long as I am their client. Big thanks, Luke! and hey Betterhomes, you got a winner there, please keep him happy, he makes the client happy!
