The two male staff assigned on our day of visit are both very friendly and accommodating, specially the one assigned in the counter. They make sure that customers satisfied with their orders. Coffee was great as expected. Will surely comeback.

This Costa outlet is the best. Great team members. If you go and you like FlatWhite and you are lucky to catch there Barista with the name "Aga" be nice to him and ask for special design of FlatWhite and he will ve happy to do it for you. I already got Bear, Dragon, Pirate. He is the best.

As an old customer it was really disappointed overall experience. Starting for the customer service the cashier and waitress, both of them without care of provide good service, not greetings or welcome, not helpful, not polite, nothing. They need feedback and retraining.
We ordered a cafe late and they forgot to bring it to our table, even we were the only two customers... They didn't offer napkins for the salad and cutlery. The fruit salad was horrible bitter flavor because wasn't fresh.
I won't be back for sure and not recommending it to anyone.

I had the worst experience with the cashier lady working there she has no respect talking to me and didn’t serve me the coffee to the table and I need a ceo or a supervisor to like take her to a training how to speak to a customer time was 13:14 cashier name is Sanjay 165 date 10/07/2022

Worst service ever i was not going to share my experience and enough not to visit this branch any more but one of the staff treated me well made me sure to tell.
One staff treat me as stupid rolling her eyes even i tried to humble the other one tried to thank me a lot to cover her college attitude.
2 persons ordering 1 cappuccino 1 frappuccino with mocha and carmel plus one honey cake end with 1 cappuccino 1 frappuccino moca and 1 frappuccino carmel no refund choose something else.
This is not the problem even the way taking order the way explaining the way i tried to treat her and the way she treated me back totally bad.
At the end i took carrot cake which i don't want because no refund and i have to choose something else.
THANKS COSTA CITYCENTRE MIRDIF FOR MAKING MY DAY???????? AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT VISIT U AGAIN.
