After one week of purchase look at the condition of Call it Spring shoes. I am currently out of UAE please confirm if I get exchange once I am back

Selling worst quality shoes with maximum price. My suggestion is buy from streets and that would have more quality than call it spring.
They have kept the brand as its high end but it’s the lowest in quality available here.

Worst branch and staff ever. I bought a shoe of my exact size when i was about to pay the guy at the cashier says for this u have to buy extra fillers worth more than 30 dhs when i refused he said when i will walk shoe will keep coming off so buy this extra gel pad to keep it fixed listening to him and not wanting to pay extra for tools i went for one size smaller. Now my feet hurt when i walk shoes is very tight i went back to exchange the size 4 times the guy could not find receipt in the system and said sorry can’t change to the same guy i said it happened coz of you misguidance he kept a fake smile on his face and refused. Mangaer called me fourth time said ok come we will do something when i went manager was missing for 40 mins staff kept saying hes gone to washroom. Same guys comes in action and said sorry but cant find the receipt in the system you may go maam we cant exchnage size. Im shocked at them this is mirdiff city centre staff who played with me. Misguiding customers then refusing to help them. Dont confuse customers inprofessional staff please. Money is not a joke.

From sports shoes to casual, from formal shoes to party wear, Call it spring has it all to cater your shoe fashion needs.

Moreover, they have several branches throughout UAE with collection for men, women and children. They do have great offers every now and then. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

High value shoes however it’s somewhat expensive and charges luxury brand prices, overall the staff is great and very helpful got some nice shoes recently and they were very special

I like the brand i’ve visited 2 days ago. They has such a lovely thing like shoes,bags and Goggles. The brands are good for shopping. This is the luxuries of life and we should spend the lifestyle with carrying good brands.

Visit this shop last monday, the wedges that i like don't have the stock which the sales lady then advice me that she will check in other branches and will let me know, she even said that she will message me by monday evening since i visited the shop by monday morning. Till now no advice :( Keep calling the landline nos but no one is answering.
