Coffe is good but the ambiance is average.
There is only one employee so there is no one to tale care of the tables.
There are different type of chaires and tables. There is isolated tables.
We tried Lattee andit waa great and extra hot as requested.
They have plant-based milk and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

All food items are not fresh it’s clear that they keep them for days, I’ve tried donut it was very hard and now for the second time I tried one sandwich and a honey cake both were very old, I work in the airport and it’s not the first time I experience this in this Costa that’s why I’m complaining

I didn't like the coffee in here it was tasteless ( laterally a brown hot water), it doesnt represent costa at all.
I ordered croissants and it was ok.
Staff were nice and practical guys

Generally speaking..if you are that guy who respect the coffee....dont drink coffee in here...Unless of course you have to.

Products are good,but staff needs to be trained how to respond to customers,even the body language matters & we can feel the arrogance in their atitude!!

The best part of this coffee shop is that you can sit quietly away from the crowd and relax while you wait for your fight. It is very spacious and the seats are comfortable. The cafe is located at a very good spot tucked away from the busy shops.

The coffee was quite decent for airport standard. The service was average but I wasn’t expecting much - so long as they bring me the coffee.

Lovely seating arrangements.... lovely ambience. Love their coffe and a good place to pass some time when you reach ealy at the dubai airport. The staff is very co-operative, humble and fun loving. Loved the every sip of Costa Coffee.
