The agent had a really bad attitude and the whole experience was horrible, asked to be toasted it was not, even the cheese did not melt, I took a cambo meal and I asked him for the soft drink he said not its not included I told him then how is it a combo just an extra charge?!! He started reading the menu like seriously?? Until I told give me a drink its a meal then he said fine.
What kind of customer service is this.
