The front desk was top-notch service and willing to help. The concierge was knowledgeable and helpful even assisting with personal bookings she didn't organize. The spa was not a 5 star atmosphere but all the same allowing for a 10 pm walk in 5 star massage.
The room was fine, big enough for 2 with luggage, space to move, chairs to sit. Solid house keeping with good water pressure in the shower.
The roof top pool and bar were nice.
If I had to complain I asked 2 nights for extra towels and they never sent them, but everything else was great.

First and foremost, the front office staff, especially Clare, truly set the tone for my stay. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made all the difference. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were met and going above and beyond to assist with any queries I had. Clare's professionalism and dedication to customer service left a lasting impression on me.
Additionally, Mr Asif and Shoura were very helpful with my baggages and made the checkout process very smooth, thank you very much.
The breakfast spread every morning was more than satisfactory, with Valentine's friendly and attentive nature as he catered to every guest's preferences.
The housekeepers at Courtyard Al Barsha Hotel deserve special recognition too. Their polite and friendly demeanor was a breath of fresh air, and the cleanliness of my room throughout my stay was impeccable. Returning to a spotless and well-organized room after a day of exploring the city was a wonderful feeling, all thanks to their hard work and dedication.
In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay in Courtyard Al Barsha Hotel. This remarkable hotel has undoubtedly raised the bar for hospitality in Dubai.

Good time and nice family bonding time. Ample of seating space with a good spread as well.
The egg station was lovely as well the chef made my omelettes just the way I like it. Nice and fluffy

The rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities and comforts we needed for our stay. The staff was ever helpful and courteous, and service was top notch in all aspects.
The hotel is a stones throw away from Mall of the Emirates, and down the road from a dozen restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, least of all the mall itself and everything it houses. So you always have anything you may need, pretty much 24x7.
Special shout out to Danish who assisted us with getting an SUV cab on our last day, which we were struggling with due to it being a busy Friday.

The bfast was amaizing and for a fare price.
The hotel is a bit far from the marina and main points for tourists, but if you have a car is great, they offer parking as well.
The room has some details but overall was good and had great views.
The Pool and the rooftop are a 100% recommended to battle the hit of Dubai.
I loved my stay there and can’t wait to go back

Also after checking in and paying only they threw one paper under the door announcing some maintenance works !
Furthermore , empty toilet without any toiletries kits , in addition of finding debris and waste from previous guest which I reported to front desk !
I stayed before at 30 per cent less price I. Opposite hotel with real service , hygiene , and value of money , finally caring front desk and service team !
They’d better close it till it gets ready to accept customers since it’s currently super bad .
For the food , smoked salmon in salad was extremely salty and when I complained about it they’ve said from supplier !

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff despite the late check-in, and they continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay.
The location of the hotel in Al Barsha neighborhood was very convenient and perfect for exploring the city and experiencing its atmosphere.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable but also equipped with modern amenities that enhanced our overall comfort.
The staff including Khalid Khan, Valentino, Asif, Alikaesh was always available to cater to any requests or inquiries we had, and their genuine care and attentiveness truly made us feel valued as guests. We can't praise the staff enough for their professionalism and friendliness
One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful breakfast buffet offering a wide range of delicious options to start our day, and the restaurant staff provided great service during this time. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured that our dining experience was memorable.
Overall, we can confidently say that our stay at Courtyard Al Barsha exceeded our expectations. We left the hotel feeling amazed by Dubai service level.
Without a doubt, we will choose Courtyard Al Barsha for all our future visits to Dubai.

BUT…
1. The shower drain is semi-clogged, and the water is flooding the toilet area every time I shower.
2. I was sleeping and suddenly around 2am, someone attempted to open my room door. The front desk staff assigned the wrong room key to other person, and the person keep “attacking” my door. And, what’s worst is the guy complained to the hotel staff and the hotel staff bring a locksmith to break in!!! This is unacceptable!
3. The internal booking system is not synchronised, I booked 3 rooms (all same room type and perks), but during morning breakfast, the staff said one of the room does not come with breakfast.
