I visited Hannah's swim school twice, went with family which included a 4 month old baby. Positives include: the pool itself is warm, the location is quite close to Dereham and the cost is £20 an hour (included changing time). I was a bit taken aback when we first visited the pool as the water has an off green colour (see photo) and did not seem overly clean (slight smell from the drains and empty bleach bottles in the bin). On our second visit it was definitely cleaner, however the shower and drains in the shower room don't work overly well, there are sanitary items out on display and you are probably better off just waiting to shower at home. We also became lost on our first visit - for those visiting the pool is located behind the mustard pot. So you pull in as you are visiting the mustard pot and their parking has been extended recently to include parking for the swimming pool. There is ZERO signage for the pool which makes it hard to locate.

My sister visited again and was interrupted 50 minutes into a one hour booking by another party who came in and started using the pool. An apology was issued by the owner but she basically said nothing could be done about it and that was that. The second visit we made as a group and we were interrupted 55 minutes into our session. This isn't a major deal but if you have paid for 60 minutes you do expect to receive that. Overall not impressed with the facilities or service received and we wont be visiting again.

While Hannah is lovely the cleanliness is not where it needs to be. This with the poor changing facilities led us to using alternative swimming locations.

Hannah's swim school is amazing me and partner take our little boy twice a week and Lucy is always so polite and welcoming. The pool is always warm and you feel really relaxed. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who has young children and want to get them more used to water my little boy (4 months old) loves to go and hates to leave ! Xx

Take my 19 month old son to the toddler swim class every week, he absolutely loves it. Would 100% recommend Hannah’s swim school!

Everytime we have attended we have had no problems, pool was cold today do to issues, apologises were given and staff always polite and helpful, will be recommending to people
