We are overjoyed with our Cozy Home sofa purchase! Everyone at Cozy Home was amazing from start to finish. They were very patient and helpful in answering our questions about their products.

We received the sofa earlier than we expected and it was in perfect condition. It came with free delivery. The delivery team were amazing too.

We ordered a sofa over 7 weeks ago from this retailer and paid 50% deposit. We were promised delivery in 4 to 5 weeks. We have been phoning daily since then and have not received one confirmation of the delivery date and have not received one call back to our more than 100 calls. The staff are useless. they have no information. They keep referring to "management" but no one from management is ever there or available to speak to. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and we now suspect there is fraudulent activity. We are reporting the company to the UAE Consumer Protection Service. I recommend you do not pay any deposit to this company as you may well lose your money

LOVE this couch!
Perfect for napping, reading, watching TV, hanging out. I think this is the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. I fall asleep on it almost every night-I joke with my husband that we should return it since it's too comfortable and we keep sleeping on it. Its huge, fits great in the room-no complaints at all. We had this sectional for about a month now and we love it. I am happy we went with the configuration that includes the generously sized "corner wedged" piece. Its my favourite spot to curl up and read a book or watch TV. We also have a baby and the Seville fabric has been a dream to keep clean. The fabric feels great and durable. It's even prettier in person than in my pictures. The structure is rock solid, there's no flex at all. Very happy with our choice!

It’s a sofa and bed shop. Big store with many different sofas. The plus point is you can select the color and size. Good options when they have offers. Minus point is little far from downtown Dubai area but at least free parking. Good sofa selection so it’s worth a visit.

Having a terrible day, I came in for the first time to treat myself. It was great to find such lovely armchairs and decor! Also, the staff were so friendly and chatty, I unfortunately didn't catch their names. Although they didn't know I was having a bad day, they certainly brightened up my day. Thank you.

Dropped in quality considerably. Lecturers are underpaid leaving them understandably unwilling to deliver on the university's promises to its students. This leaves the entire experience bland and uninspired with very little going on anywhere on the campus. Services and resources are constantly reduced.
Lectures are nothing more than a low quality power point presentation.

They push political agendas and ideologies in a place of learning (LGBTQ+, Gender fluidity and racial paradigms) to which most of the adults there don't even agree with. This stuff is displayed throughout all over message boards in corridors. There are some good people there but they are let down by terrible administration and continuous poor choices.

Most courses are left with very little financial support and the contrast is staggering. I.T. courses have ancient systems devoid of the required specifications to run the software the university expects you to run in an efficient manner. Yet there is an eSports bTec qualification where every system is a high-end water cooled Alienware setup and they have arcade emulation machines setup in the corner of the rooms. And hair and beauty is clearly pumped full of cash.

Their resource management software solution called Moodle is a complete disaster in its own right that the internal team doesn't seem to have any understanding of and the lecturers hate it too. This has lecturers attempting to use alternatives without any solid agreement so students have to access various locations with multiple logins on a daily basis just to access their learning resources.

All in all I would strongly advise that you disregard Cornwall College from your considerations.

The staff are the best part of the college, being friendly and helpful. The lesser amount of students leave a nice environment with lecturers who care. Budget cuts however have begun a downward slope as it's affecting the best part - the lecturers.

I had a lovely day doing Art with Lisa Stewart on the Camborne Art Group and at lunchtime had a delicious meal in the Canteen as always. Cooked by the students of course.
